Fast Fly Outs

Got a project you needed done, like... yesterday?

Our Fast Fly Out service is a VIP design intensive which happens over the course of one week. Businesses and organisations use these intensives to move quickly through a simple project, or tackle a number of small design or marketing tasks.

You get excellent, standout, professional results without the fuss, and you get them fast!

We know your to-do list is overwhelming. You’re trying to do all the things, including tasks that aren’t in your zone of genius, and you just want to be able to hand some of that over to someone who can GET. IT. DONE.

Our Fast Fly Out service caters to our existing brand and website clients (who get VIP priority), and may also be helpful to businesses and organisations who have various small projects that they’d like to tackle.

During a Fast Fly Out your wish is our command! Our clients have used this service to tackle everything from small logo changes and creating additional brand assets like icons and illustrations, to packaging design, video and animation, creating marketing and content plans, eBook creation, email sequences, and website spruce-ups. You can tackle whatever you need help with the most and sit back while the magic unfolds.

Here are some ideas you might like to tick off… 

Design a Freebie and finally get it up on your website.

Write and template your welcome email sequence so you can build your email list.

Refresh your business cards, letterheads, comp slips and social banners and get everything sent to print.

Design document templates and client intake forms so you can make a great first impression.

Expand on your brands assets by adding icons, illustrations, textures and templates.

Create Canva templates for your social media so you can save time by batching.

Write and design flyers, brochures and other printed material to help market your business.

Edit existing video footage into clips for your website and socials.

Add a new page or two to your WordPress website (if we’ve already made it for you) or do general updates and spruce ups.

Create signage for your business or shopfront and coordinate it all with new printed collateral.

So, how does it work?

Organised, simple and fast. This service is similar to a traditional day rate, but with more room for creativity, and more time for you to reflect on the designs. It’s fast, but not rushed, so you get beautiful, professional results without the stress.

It goes a little something like this…

Jump on a Discovery Call with us and we’ll talk about your priorities for design and marketing. 

Together, we’ll scope out what you need and explain what is achievable. We might also offer a different service or package if that’s going to be a better fit. 

It’s important to know that while we can get a whole heap done during your Fast Fly Out – we can’t do everything. Book a free Discovery Call to find out what’s possible! 

STEP ONE: Following your Discovery Call, we’ll offer you a start date for your Fly Out service. We generally begin on a Monday, with all goodies delivered to you by the Friday of the same week. You’ll pay a deposit, which secures your spot (we tend to book around 2-4 weeks in advance).

Then, we’ll send you a short questionnaire and priority list to fill out and return – you may need to gather anything we’ll need to do the job (like images, words, login details etc).

STEP TWO: The week before we work together, we’ll meet again via Zoom to finalise any details.

STEP THREE: It’s our time to shine! We’ll begin your project and stay in touch throughout the week via email and Zoom. We can talk through any changes you need, and refine the work – delivering any final designs or tasks in time for Friday afternoon drinks. Hooray!

If you’ve ordered any printing, normal print turnover times apply.

$1,050 AUD (plus 10% GST for Australian clients)

OR

$900 plus GST if you are already a Brand or Website client (save $150).

A 50% deposit secures your date, and the remainder is payable before final assets are released.
