WILD HONEY CREATIVE – HOSTING CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be received in writing at hello@wildhoneycreative.com

 

Hosting

If you are paying month-to-month there is no refund on cancellation. Your hosting will remain active to the end of the coming billing month.

If you have paid for yearly hosting, you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to one monthly payment of the plan that you are canceling. The remainder of the yearly payment will be refunded to you minus the cancellation fee. Your hosting will remain active until the end of the coming billing month.

Once hosting is canceled, any websites, databases, media, documents or any other content stored on the server will be deleted and not available for restoration.

Wild Honey Creative will cooperate in having any websites, databases, media, documents or any other content transferred to another host, but take no responsibility for initiating this action unless engaged by you and agreed upon to do so. The onus is on you to have any required transfer completed by the expiration date.

 

Domains

As we do not provide domain reseller services, we do not provide refunds on domain registration. Any domain registration issues remain between you and the domain registrar. It is your responsibility to keep your domain active and Wild Honey Creative takes no responsibility for domain expiry.
